We are dedicated to creating a dynamic environment that is as much a place to work as it is a place to gather.  Washington Place continues to serve our community as a fixture in downtown Oswego.  Since opening our doors and welcoming the first tenants in 2005, our mission remains clear: foster the success of small business owners and bring great people to the downtown community.

Washington Place provides upscale professional offices and user friendly Salon Spa Suites for small business owners.  A variety of small businesses thrive in our building including salon suites, counselors, medical professionals, attorneys, and many others.
